A dedicated member of Holly Tree since its opening in 1998, Lea Ann has grown alongside the company, beginning as a dental assistant and advancing through roles in administration to her current position as Chief Operating Officer. Her hands-on experience in all facets of the practice gives her a unique and comprehensive perspective on operating and team dynamics.

 With six years as a certified Dentrix trainer, she brings a deep understanding of dental software systems and their integration into daily workflow.  In addition, she serves as a practice management coach with Practice Potential, working with offices internationally to develop systems, streamline processes, and create accountability structures that support high-functioning teams. 

 Outside of work, Lea Ann enjoys reading, walking, and listening to music, but in the fall it’s all about football…” Go Gamecocks”!!  She is happily married to Jon and values the balance between her professional life and personal passions.
