Office Guidelines & Mission

We are here to serve you, answer questions, or schedule an appointment during our office hours, which do vary due to Dr. Ann’s lecture schedule and continuing education courses. However, from time to time, we may be unavailable to take your call right away, so we ask that you always leave us a voicemail so we can return your call.

Our Mission

Our mission at Holly Tree Pediatric Dentistry is to be passionate about what we do. We will build relationships with our patients and make every visit for every child fun and memorable. We are extremely knowledgeable in our profession, which allows us to deliver high quality care as we continue to improve both personally and professionally. We take pride in educating families and making a difference in the life of a child to help make him or her a successful adult.

Appointments

Every effort will be made on our part to be on time for your child’s appointment. However, occasionally, an emergency may occur, which may cause a slight delay. Late afternoon appointments are reserved for middle and high school children. Children in preschool and primary school are usually seen in the mornings. Should your child need any treatment, we also reserve mornings between 8:30 and 12:30 for these appointments. School absence forms are gladly provided if needed for the day of the appointment. No charge will be made for rescheduling your appointment, provided 24 hours’ notice is given so that your child’s appointment time may be offered to another patient.

Financial & Insurance

Our fees are based on the actual work provided. Our office gladly files all insurance claims electronically. However, we are not contracted with any insurance company. We ask that you pay your estimated patient portion of each visit at the time of service. We accept cash, checks, American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa.
